The honest part first: FunGen 2 has a native macOS build for Apple Silicon, so on an M-series Mac you can run it locally. It does its AI work on your own hardware, so speed depends on your machine. HaptiQ is the alternative when you'd rather not run it locally: it generates on our servers and runs in a modern browser, so an older Mac, a light laptop, a Chromebook or an Android phone all work the same way.
GoblinScript is free and open source and quick on a good GPU, but it runs only on Windows 10/11 or Linux and needs a GPU with at least 8 GB of VRAM, so it isn't an option on a Mac.
